Every year, like most national Esperanto associations, we hold a congress. It’s a chance to get together as a membership, speak our language, and hold various interesting sessions – all in Esperanto. Visiting Esperantists from other countries are always very welcome.
The Scottish Congress of Esperanto is very special because it’s the longest chain of consecutive national congresses anywhere in the world of Esperanto. Our first congress was held in 1906 and one has been held every year since then in various locations around Scotland – even during the world wars and the 2020/21 coronavirus lockdown!
Our 119th Scottish Congress will take place in Aberdeen in May/June, 2024.

Ĉiun jaron, kiel plejpartaj naciaj Esperanto-asocioj, ni okazigas kongreson. Ĝi estas oportuno kuniĝi kiel membraro, paroli nian lingvon, kaj okazigi diversajn interesajn sesiojn – ĉio en Esperanto. Alilandaj esperantistoj ĉiam tre bonvenas.
La Skota Kongreso de Esperanto estas tre speciala ĉar ĝi estas la plej longa ĉeno de sinsekvaj naciaj kongresoj ie ajn en Esperantujo. Nia unua kongreso okazis en 1906 kaj ĝi okazis ĉiun jaron ekde tiam en diversaj lokoj en Skotlando – eĉ dum la mondmilitoj kaj la 2020/21 kronvirusa trudizoliĝo.
La 119a skota kongreso okazos en Aberdeen en majo/junio de 2024.
